Shipping policy

Mvurra offers home comforts, original made-to-order designs and ready-made clothing. Shipping availability depends on the products in your order and your delivery address.

Destinations and shipping charges

We currently serve supported United States addresses. Enter your address at checkout to see available delivery options and any charges before paying. If a product is marked “standard US shipping included,” standard shipping to a supported US address is included in that product’s price. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Production and delivery estimates

Products described as made to order are produced after purchase. Production generally takes 2–7 business days before dispatch; transit time is additional. Product-specific estimates may differ.

Ready-made clothing does not require print production. Its delivery estimate depends on the item, warehouse and destination. Refer to the product page and checkout for any estimate available for your selection. A delivery estimate for one product does not apply to every item in a mixed order.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates, and delivery before Christmas, Halloween or another occasion is not guaranteed.

Separate packages and tracking

Items fulfilled by different partners may arrive in separate packages. Tracking details are provided when available; different packages can have different tracking numbers and delivery dates.

Address corrections and delays

Please check your address before ordering. If you need a correction, email hclwr9@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once processing, production or shipping has begun.

If shipment is delayed beyond the time stated for your order, we will provide an update and the applicable options to agree to the delay or cancel unshipped items for a refund. A statement that dates are estimates does not remove your applicable consumer rights.

For a missing package, tracking issue or returned-to-sender shipment, contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate. Please contact Mvurra before sending an item anywhere.
